ECOLOGICAL ENQUIRY MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:

1. You enjoy investigating personal and collective stories, experiences, and worldviews.
2. You are comfortable being emotionally uncomfortable in consented-to experiences (like investigating a worldview) and can communicate with self-awareness and accountability at times like these.
3. You share the perspective that we can generally choose how we think about, experience, and show up in the world.
4. You are willing to have personal and collective ways of thinking, experiencing, and showing up in the world challenged.
5. You’re willing to take accountability for your participation, such as arriving on time or letting me/us know if there’s a reason that you cannot fully participate.

1. You already have a practise or coaching/therapy space that works well for you.
2. You don’t share the perspective that we can generally choose how we think about, experience, and show up in the world.
3. You don’t want to have personal and collective ways of thinking, experiencing, and showing up in the world challenged.
4. Committing to an enquiry practise would be a distraction from what’s more important in your life right now.
