- You enjoy being curious about yours and others’ experiences, language, and stories.
- You are comfortable being emotionally uncomfortable in consented-to experiences (like investigating a worldview or cosmology) and can communicate with self-awareness and accountability at times like these.
- You share the perspective that we have agency over our actions.
- You are willing to have worldviews and cosmologies investigated and possibly challenged.
- You’re willing to take accountability for your participation, such as arriving on time, being aware of how your behaviour is affecting the session or circle, or letting me know if there’s a reason that you cannot fully participate.

- You already have a practise or coaching/therapy space that works well for you.
- You don’t share the perspective that we have agency over our actions.
- You don’t want to have worldviews and cosmologies investigated and possibly challenged.
- Committing to an enquiry practise would be a distraction from what’s more important in your life right now.
