ECOLOGICAL ENQUIRY MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:

1. You enjoy being curious about yours and others’ experiences, language, and stories.
2. You are comfortable being emotionally uncomfortable in consented-to experiences (like investigating a worldview or cosmology) and can communicate with self-awareness and accountability at times like these.
3. You share the perspective that we have agency over our actions.
4. You are willing to have worldviews and cosmologies investigated and possibly challenged.
5. You’re willing to take accountability for your participation, such as arriving on time, being aware of how your behaviour is affecting the session or circle, or letting me know if there’s a reason that you cannot fully participate.

1. You already have a practise or coaching/therapy space that works well for you.
2. You don’t share the perspective that we have agency over our actions.
3. You don’t want to have worldviews and cosmologies investigated and possibly challenged.
4. Committing to an enquiry practise would be a distraction from what’s more important in your life right now.
